costs through our Remote Support Network. On-site support
can be costly which is why we provide our remote support system
as part of our basic support package. Remote support is a
highly cost-effective way to manage support issues without
having to physically visit each system. This reduces system
downtime and increases our ability to effectively manage your
technical issues.
Aren’t Remote Access Products Costly?
We use technologies that are readily available on most systems
today. If there isn’t one available we provide remote access
technologies at no cost to you. This eliminates the bulk of
startup costs associated with most remote support access implementations.
