Remote support allows us to connect to the end-user remotely
without pysically being there. Once you sign-in to remote support, you
are ready for instant support. Therefore, we are able to take over your
computer and resolve any problems needed.
2) How much does Remote Support Cost?
Home Users - $15 per session
Business Users - $1 per minute (Billed in 15 minute Intervals)
3) How may I pay for this service?
Before the remote session, the technical assisant will
take down your credit card information (Visa or Mastercard). After the
solution is resolved, the technician will then process your payment accordingly.
4) How secure is your site?
Our service will utilize the lastest encryption in Socket
Secure Layer (SSL) technology. The SSL Protocol will provide reliability
and privacy between two communicating applications.
5) How do I disconnect from our session?
You may disconnect from the session at any time. Simply
[Right Click] the Nth Icon on the bottom right of your screen and select
disconnect.
